    Before completed the registration, merchants must agree and accept the following Terms and Conditions.



Required Documents

  1. Copy of bank book with 3 months statement

  2. Copy of ID Card or Passport

  3. Copy of House Registration or Rental Contract

  4. Copy of Company Certificate (In case of applying under Company name)

  5. Your Website Page and THAIEPAY Agreement(Downloadable in the responded Registration E-mail)

 
  

Terms of THAIEPAY Service
      Credit Card Payment Gateway System Service means a payment service through the credit card used via Internet Network. Therefore Credit Card Payment Gateway System Service is a payment system service for payments of products or services through credit card used in purchase and sale of products or services on the Internet.  

     Merchant must be a person or website owner who sells products and/or services on the Internet and is willing to apply for the Credit Card Payment Gateway System Service for payments of its products or services.  

      The Credit Card Payment Gateway System Service is operated through Internet Systems created by THAIEPAY for maintaining and controlling the credit card payments of merchant’s products or services i.e. purchase summarization systems, administrative systems, entering credit card detail systems, payment summarization systems and informing on results of the payment systems in order to provide quick, safe and convenient service.  

      Please review the following terms and indicate your agreement below by clicking “ I Agree ” in case that you agree Terms of THAIEPAY Service.

  1. Qualifications of Merchants

    - Merchants must have their own URL or in EBAY
    - Must have a functioning website
    - No involvement in criminal or anti-social activities, i.e., 
         - Illegal Drugs
         - Gambling
         - Pornography
         - Alcohol drinks
         - Cigarette
         - Online Game
         - Replica products
    - Must be a company registered in Thailand only (In case of applying under company name)
    - Must have an office located in Thailand (In case of applying under company name)
    - Must deliver products from Thailand only 



  2. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

    2.1 Service Charge

    1. A service charge for each transaction at the rate ofา 4% of the total amount of payments for products and/or services that uses VISA and MasterCard credit cards, including delivery fee (if any).
    2. A service charge for each transaction at the rate of 4.75%of the total amount of payments for products and/or services that uses American Express credit cards, including delivery fee (if any).
    3. System service charge Epaylink 295 Baht/Month and Epayflow 495 Baht/Month.


    2.2 Income Remittance

         
    THAIEPAY will summarize all income of merchant’s products or services in each month and remit the income after deducting the service charge into merchant’s bank account as indicated on the 10th day of the succeeding month. In case that the 10th day of the succeeding month falls on a day which THAIEPAY or banks generally are not open for business in Bangkok, Thailand, the income will be remitted into the merchant’s bank account on the next business day.


    2.3 Currency Exchange Rate

         In case the price of products or services are listed in foreign currency, merchant acknowledges and agrees that the income that THAIEPAY will deposit into the merchant’s account will be calculated by using the Buy Notes daily currency exchange rate of “UOB (United Overseas Bank)” on the date that the credit card payment was made.


    2.4 “Hold Status” Issue


         Merchant agrees to check customer’s order carefully and regularly and not to make any shipment within 48 hours in order to protect merchant from any damages. In case that THAIEPAY has verified and found the unusual and suspicious order or large amount of payment, the status of that order can be changed from COMPLETE to HOLD within 48 hours. if Hold status occurs, merchant accept to follow THAIEPAY’s suggestions.


    2.5 Charge Back Issue


         Merchants will accept all refusals of payments (Charge Back) if bank or Credit Card Company later found suspicious, irregular, dishonest or fraudulent payments. Merchants consent to be deducted the amount from merchants’ income or transfer the amount back to THAIEPAY. That is to say, merchants shall be responsible for all expenses and damages

          THAIEPAY reserves the right to change the above Term of THAIEPAY Service as it deems appropriate, giving notice to the Store on each occasion.
