EpayShopping is an all-inclusive e-commerce system. Merchants only prepare products or services. After that they can own online shops immediately.
Merchants can add/delete/edit all products and even check orders and payments all the times through Administrative System.
Merchants have choices to choose online payment gateway for their shops themselves. We have primarily provided K-Payment Gateway (Kasikorn Bank), THAIEPAY and Paypal for merchants but they can add more payment gateways as preferred.
Merchants can adjust interface of their shops themselves in order to be more compatible with their shops and products. Moreover, they can upload other programs or additional information freely.
Merchants using EpayShopping system are allowed to display their products or services on THAIEAPY Shopping Mall to encourage more sales volumes among buyers.
System Working
System working of EPAYSHOPPING is completed itself. It can be divided into 4 steps as detailed below.
Merchants must begin by setting all details of their shops and products through Administrative System until EpayShopping Shops have become complete and ready to open.
When customers want to order products or services from merchants, they only click “Order Now” button on the websites. After that the system will process to EpayShopping system.
After customers filled in their personal information in the form, checked order details and prices, the system will lead them to payment procedure.
The system will allow customers to fill their credit card details through THAIEPAY system. After that the system will verify the credit card details whether they are approved. Customers can choose payment methods according to merchants’ setting, credit card or another method.
Fee and Service Charge
EPAYSHOPPING is an all-inclusive e-commerce system combined with many intelligent systems. Therefore, EPAYSHOPPING seems to be a ready-to-use system. Our Service Charges are suitable for its abilities. They are divided into 2 parts.
Operating System Service Charge: EpayShopping system 795 baht/month and
Transaction Fee: (in case of using payment gateway of THAIEPAY)
Fee 4% for Visa, MasterCard and fee 4.75% for American Express.
For example, a customer uses Visa to pay for one product, price 100 baht. THAIEPAY will deduct 4% out of 100 baht. It means we exactly deduct 4 baht from 100 Baht. Therefore, merchant will receive 96 baht.
* In case of using another payment gateway, for example K-Payment Gateway (Kasikorn Bank), Fee and Service Charge will be depended on K-Payment Gateway regulations.
Income Remittance
In case of using payment gateway of THAIEPAY, the system will summarize merchants’ income in each month and remit the income after deducting fee into merchants’ bank accounts on the 10th of the following month.
For example, in January, a merchant has monthly income 10,000 baht. THAIEPAY will deduct 4% out of 10,000 baht. It means we exactly deduct 400 baht from 10,000 Baht. Therefore, merchant will receive 9,600 baht on 10th February.
* In case of using another payment gateway, Income Remittance will be depended on each payment gateway regulations.
However, THAIEPAY has released additional regulations regarding income remittance. That is to say, merchants can request THAIEPAY to make income remittance for merchants earlier, semi-monthly or weekly.
Merchant who has been using THAIERPAY service for greater than 6 months
Merchant who has no record of fraudulent customers and charge back issue
Merchant who has monthly income over 100,000 baht/month can receive income every 15 days (Semi-Monthly). Merchant who has monthly income over 500,000 baht/month can receive income every week (Weekly)
