ePaylink is a simple credit card payment system. THAIEPAY only provide you a payment page which customers can fill their credit card details. You can connect the payment page with our system directly by sending required parameter values such as price and Merchant ID to us. About database of products and customer details, you must create and develop yourself. For those who have complete e-commerce websites but look for online credit card payment system, they can connect ePayLink system with their websites instantly.

Your shop name will appear on customer's credit card statement as "www.thaiepay.com-yourshopname"

System Work
ePaylink system will be connected between your website and THAIEPAY only in payment procedure. We conclude 4 steps of how it works as detailed below.
- When customers want to order products or services from your website, there must be prior steps such as registration, fillling customer details, or product details before they fill credit card details. Those steps must be created and developed by your side. After customers confirm their orders with you, the system will immediately process to payment procedure.
- All required parameter values will be automatically sent to THAIEPAY system ( For more information about parameter values and code, you can review from ePayLink System Connection Guidebook )
- Customers fill their credit card details through THAIEPAY payment page. After that the system will verify the credit card details whether they are approved
- If credit card details are approved, the system will return "complete" value to your website and automatically send an e-mail to both you and customers to inform that payments have been approved.
Fee & Service Charge
ePaylink Service Charge is very cheap when compared to the benefits that you will get. Our Service Charges are not complicated. They are divided into 2 parts.
- Operating System Service Charge: ePaylink system 295 baht/month
- Transaction Fee: 4% for Visa, MasterCard and 4.75% for American Express. For example, a customer uses Visa to pay for one product which prices 100 baht. THAIEPAY will deduct 4% out of 100 baht. It means we exactly deduct 4 baht from 100 Baht. Therefore, you will receive 96 baht. (VAT not included)
Income Remittance
THAIEPAY system will summarize your income in each month and remit the income after deducting fee into your bank account on the 10th of the following month.For example, in January, you have monthly income 10,000 baht. THAIEPAY will deduct 4% out of 10,000 baht. It means we exactly deduct 400 baht from 10,000 Baht. Therefore, you will receive 9,600 baht on 10th February. (VAT not included)
However, THAIEPAY has issued additional regulation regarding income remittance. That is to say, you can request us to make income remittance more frequent, semi-monthly or weekly.
- Who has been using THAIERPAY service for more than 3 months
- Who has no record of fraudulent customers and charge back issue
- Who has monthly income over 100,000 baht/month can receive income every 15 days (Semi-Monthly). Who has monthly income over 500,000 baht/month can receive income every week (Weekly)
