ePayflow is a semi-inclusive e-commerce system. The system is combined with your website and our e-commerce system. You only have website and details of products or services. We will provide e-commerce system for you.
To specify more, you must have only website and product or services details. Then, ePayflow will provide e-commerce system which covers all areas from shopping cart, database, to summary of orders and payments.

ePayflow is a semi-inclusive system which provides 3 styles of use.
- Shopping Cart Style prepares shopping cart, database, and summary system of orders and payments for you. You do not have to waste your time developing the aforesaid features again.
- Invoice Style is good for selling product which its price is agreed by you and customer. You only create invoice and send to customer by e-mail. The customer can make direct payment through payment link attached in the invoice.
- Booking Style is newly created for business of hotel reservation. Its instant booking form is simple but functional.
- We provide online Administrative System for you to check orders or summarize total income all the times
- Built-in payment processing options are included such as THAIEPAY (Visa, MasterCard and American Express), Kbank Payment Gateway, Paypal and others
- Working with major carriers like TNT, UPS andThailand Post. Shipping fee has been set and ready to use.
System Work
ePayflow will connect your website with THAIEPAY system through “Order Now” button (It is a main connection point between your website and THAIEPAY). You must prepare product pictures and details to display on website. We conclude 5 steps of how it works as detailed below.
- When customers want to order products or services from your website, they only click “Order Now” button. After that the system will lead them to ePayflow system.
- The information such as product details and prices of chosen products will be sent to ePayflow system and will be displayed on THAIEPAY webpage. You do not need to create this page because ePayflow system provides you already.
- Customers can continue shopping other products on website until they feel satisfied and proceed to checkout.
- ePayflow system will collect all customer's details, shipping address, throughout summarize orders and prices for customers to confirm before making payments.
- After customers confirmed their orders, the system will allow them to fill their credit card details through THAIEPAY system. After that the system will verify the credit card details whether they are approved.
Fee & Service Charge
ePayflow Service Charge is a little bit expensive than EpayLink. This is because ePayflow provides helpful features for you to be more convenient. Our Service Charges are not complicated. They are divided into 2 parts.
- Operating System Service Charge: 495 baht/month
- Transaction Fee: 4% for Visa, MasterCard and 4.75% for American Express. For example, a customer uses Visa to pay for one product, price 100 baht. THAIEPAY will deduct 4% out of 100 baht. It means we exactly deduct 4 baht from 100 Baht. Therefore, you will receive 96 baht (VAT not included).
Income Remittance
THAIEPAY system will summarize your income in each month and remit the income after deducting fee into your bank account on the 10th of the following month.For example, in January, you have monthly income 10,000 baht. THAIEPAY will deduct 4% out of 10,000 baht. It means we exactly deduct 400 baht from 10,000 Baht. Therefore, you will receive 9,600 baht on 10th February. (VAT not included)
However, THAIEPAY has issued additional regulation regarding income remittance. That is to say, you can request us to make income remittance more frequent, semi-monthly or weekly.
- Who has been using THAIERPAY service for more than 3 months
- Who has no record of fraudulent customers and charge back issue
- Who has monthly income over 100,000 baht/month can receive income every 15 days (Semi-Monthly). Who has monthly income over 500,000 baht/month can receive income every week (Weekly)
